I haven't received my purchase yet as it is on it's way but I must say the service is impeccable. I would highly recommend this store just because of the gentleman Henrique that helped me with my purchases. He was absolutely outstanding. Also the products have good competitive prices. Antonia

They have no commitment to the customer regarding the delivery of the products, they arranged delivery for the next morning, and in addition to not delivering they were not satisfied. At the end of the afternoon they said they still had everything in the truck. I offered to go to the address to receive it at the end of the day and the delivery man didn't want it. The oblivious owner apologized for the lack of responsibility and commitment! Anyway, they lost a customer, I canceled the order and I will not recommend it to anyone! They just made me angry and delayed my work.

A great supplier of construction materials for both equipment maintenance and building maintenance, excellent salespeople and great quality of service, especially the saleswoman Loiane who works here at the Hotel!!!
